Tacrdata.zip has files for the Tactical Reference section. Do this BEFORE running the 1.08 patch, because the patch removes Tacrdata.zip and doesn't replace it, yet due to a 'bug' adds a second copy of Simdata.zip. in the …Falcon4 folder. I run this set-up on my p3 600mhz/128meg ram laptop, Runs OK, although smoke trails & other damage graphics dramatically drop the framerates). Not used it in campaign mode yet, I suspect this would cause slowdowns. I mostly chase around using guns only, as I prefer this to clinical missile shots from beyond visual range.
E-Falcon (eRazor):

'C6 Team' Created the F4 Patch v3.5-v4.2. patching utility.
e.g. F4Patch version 2.1.1 includes both an early eRazor executable and iBeta's RP3 as well (However, eRazor's patch is incompatible with most other hex hacks).

Cnet cwp 854 driver windows 10. SuperPAK SP1a- (the SP1a already includes all the patches the previous ones but multiplayer not as good as SP2).
SP2 Integrates the Falcon 4.0 patch utility, allowing previous patches, such as EPAF Radar Cues (radar symbology of export F-16s) to be toggled on or off. Also, the installer provides access to a 'configuration editor' on your desktop. Has improved flight models.
SP3 is probably the earliest superpak you should aim to install -LOTS OF STABILITY IMPROVEMENTS.
-Then add FreeFalcon (FF) (from 2003, 3d models add-ons installer). FFv1 patches best over SuperPak 3 (NOT SP4 COMPATIBLE. Or FFv2 followed by FFv2.1 (NOT SP4 COMPATIBLE).
Then install BMS (Bench Mark Sims) a patch replacing the .EXE file of the SuperPak (SP) v3-v4.
-improved graphics, new menu interfaces, new cockpit and more 'clickable' dials, extra realism, carrier-based ops, you can add new campaign theatres. You'll need a 1.gz system for the maximum benefit from this patch set-up. If preferred you can miss out FreeFalcon & just patch SP3 with BMS (-p.s. I know that BMS1.03 works with SP3 and SP4, but don't know if BMS 2.0 is backwards-compatible with SP3).
Superpak 4 (SP4)
SP4 from feb 2004 integrated SP3, and.
'November 21st, 2004: The SP4.2, a high resolution add-on for SP4, has been released, along with its BMS data patch. Now the installation sequence Falcon 4 CD > 108us > SP4 > SP4.2 > BMS 2.0 > BMS SP4.2 data. Enjoy!'
-Then, install FreeFalcon v3 (from July 2004) which was designed for BMS 2.0, has many graphical, sound & gameplay enhancements.
OR FreeFalcon 3.1 (from march 2005) offers reworked 3d models for better framerates & fixes to machine gunnary problems.
These early FreeFalcon patches were available directly from the Free Falcon Website But the latest version, V5.5 is a complete stand-alone game!!

The latest version, V5.5 IS A COMPLETE STAND-ALONE GAME!!! The earlier versions (V3) patches patch over the SuperPak with BMS install.
THEN IN JUNE 2005 F4-ALLIED FORCE was released, and ATARI and Lead Pursuit 'requested' that 3rd-party patches shouldn't be released for F4 any longer. So that's that in terms of F4 patch development I guess. Note: the wording 'released' differs form 'make available existing patches' -although I gather that at one point it was thought that BMS 2 couldn't be distributed legally anymore.
